The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness as well as freshness. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of fresh / juicy strawberry, crushed raspberry and small notes of juicy pear associated with a touch of zest as well as fine hints of lemon blossom, zest and an imperceptible hint of brioche. Good length.
