The nose is aromatic and offers a small power. It reveals notes of toasted oak, dried wheat, fleshy nectarine and small notes of fleshy apple associated with small touches of toasted almond and a hint of citron. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, racy (terroir) and offers minerality as well as a small chiseled side. The effervescence is fine, gourmande and very slightly creamy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of egg cream, citron, juicy nectarine and small notes of toasted almond associated with touches of toasted oak, nutmeg and a very discreet hint of cooked apple. Good length. Very fine hints of almond and hazelnut on the persistence. A very discreet chew on the finish / persistence.
