The nose is fresh and mineral / chalky. It reveals notes of fresh lemon and fresh lemon zests associated with a hint of yuzu as well as subtle / discreet woody hints. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, softness, a good volume, precision as well as an acid frame. The effervescence is fine, elegant and well built. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, juicy flat peach and slight notes of mandarin associated with a touch of zests, slight notes of chalky minerality as well as subtle hints of wood / almond.
