The nose is fresh as well as relatively fine and fruity. It expresses notes of lemon and lemon zest / yuzu associated with a hint of lime as well as discreet notes of fresh apple and chalk. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good volume, an acid frame and a good definition. The effervescence is very fine and dynamic. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, lime zest / yuzu and slight notes of pink grapefruit associated with fine notes of Granny Smith apple and Williams pear. Good length.
