The nose is creamy as well as relatively incisive. It reveals notes of egg creams and fine notes of white nectarine combined with discreet touches of lemon cream as well as a touch of fresh pear and fresh citrus zests. The palate is fruity, relatively elegant and offers fat as well as an acid frame. The effervescence is very fine and relatively dynamic. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, zest of lemon and slight notes of grapefruit combined with a discreet hint of mandarin and white fruits. Good length and aromatic persistence with notes of citrus fruits as well as a small acidity.
