The nose is fruity, fresh, creamy and offers a slight intensity/richness. It reveals notes of lemon, quince and slight notes of fresh apple associated with slight touches of date, beeswax/ dried fruits and vanilla. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, round and offers a slight acid frame, minerality as well as a good freshness. The effervescence is gourmand, fine and slightly creamy. In mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, fresh apple, fresh lychee and slight notes of quine combined with a slight touch of crushed apricot, beeswax and small dried fruits. Good length and good persistence. There is a touch of almond on the persistance.
