Champagne Bonnet- Gilmert – Blanc de blancs 2009 – Grand Cru, Brut

The nose is fruity and offers a fine freshness as well as minerality. It reveals notes of lemon, mandarin mesocarp and small notes of litchee associated with a discreet hint of white fruits as well as a very discreet hint of brioche/toasted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine juicy frame, dynamism as well as a good precision. The effervescence offers dynamism as well as s small creaminess. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy green apple and small notes of crunchy vine peach associated with fine touches of citrus mesocarp, a discreet hint of caviar lemon as well as an imperceptible hint of egg cream and brioche (in the background). Good length.
