On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy green apple and small notes of crunchy vine peach associated with fine touches of citrus mesocarp, a discreet hint of caviar lemon as well as an imperceptible hint of egg cream and brioche (in the background). Good length.
