It reveals notes of citrus (lemon, mandarin) and small notes of lemon flowers associated with very fine touches of peach, crunchy pear as well as discreet hints of meringue. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, tension, precision, a beautiful finesse of the structure, an acidulous frame as well as gourmandize. On palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy/fresh lemon, juicy/fresh nectarine and small notes of pear associated with very fine hints of peach flowers, almond and toasted. Good persistence. A beautiful effervescence, very fine and delicate.
