The palate is fruity, fresh, relatively gourmand and offers a good structure and dynamism. The effervescence is fine and well made. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, apple and slight notes of pineapple associated with a touch of tangerine as well as a hint of quince, honey and brioche.
