The nose reveals notes of Williams pear, lychee, small notes of quince associated with a touch of yellow berries, buttercup and an imperceptible hint of toasted almond. The palate is fruity and offers a little fat, a juicy fruit, minerality, a very fine tension, crunchiness and a very fine juicy/acidulous frame. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy Williams pear, juicy vine peach, small notes of juicy quince associated with fine touches of zest as well as discreet hints of lemon flowers and a subtle hint of sweet spices/almond. Good length. A well-built effervescence.
