The nose is fruity, fresh and offers good definition as well as a fine minerality (in the background). It reveals notes of fleshy apple, fleshy pear, small notes of lemon associated with fine touches of juicy quince, peach flowers, limestone, very discreet hints of almond and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg. The palate is beautifully defined and offers freshness, minerality, a little juiciness as well as gourmandize, precision, a fine straightness and a fine incisive side. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of fleshy/juicy apple, juicy pear, small notes of juicy lemon associated with small touches of limestone, quince, fine exotic fruit as well as discreet hints of lychee and an imperceptible hint of fresh nutmeg (in the background). A well-built/dynamic effervescence.
