The nose reveals notes of cherry, “gourmande” raspberry and slight notes of winter cherry (Physalis). There is a little CO2 side on the nose. The palate is fruity, round, well done, full and offers a nice sweetness. In the mouth it expresses notes of cherry clafoutis, red fruits (especially strawberries) and candied citrus combined with touches of orange. Good length.
