Ceste – Sit Real 2016 – Barbera d’Alba Superiore

The nose is fruity and offers a small minerality, a small freshness as well as a very fine intensity (in  the background). It reveals notes of wild raspberry, small wild fruits and small notes of Cuben pepper associated with fine touches of toasted as well as hint of tea and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a small tension, minerality, a beautiful suavity, gourmandize as well as a juicy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, juicy/fleshy Quetsche plum and small notes of wild raspberry, wild strawberry associated with small touches of liquorice, cornflower, blueberry as well as a hint of vanilla, toasted and sweet spices.
