The nose is aromatic and offers a small power, a slight richness / slightly tight. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of chocolate, cherry associated with small touches of violet, grove as well as discreet hints of Sichuan pepper, Zan and very discreet hints of cocoa bean. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, a beautiful suavity, tension, a slight freshness as well as a beautiful racy minerality. On the palate, the wine expresses notes of ripe red berries, bigarreau cherry and small notes of cassis associated with slight touches of tonka bean, rose, chocolate, blueberry as well as discreet toasted hints. Tannins are fine and structuring. Good length. An acidulous sensation on the finish / persistence.
