The wine has a limpid and transparent color with silver reflections. There are also discrete tiny bubbles lining the glass. The nose is fresh and fruity with notes of green pineapple, grape and sense of place as well as white peach and fine touches of roasted coconut. The set remains discreet. The palate is fresh and fruity with an acid frame and a slight sparkle on the attack. We perceive notes of exotic fruits such as coconut water, lemon and white peach. It is a simple wine with an easy reading and a fruity finish.
