The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a small complexity. It reveals notes of juicy boysenberry, juicy fleshy strawberry and small notes of juicy blueberry associated with a hint of cassis as well as touches of violet, olive and Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, a bit retained and offers a good definition, a beautiful juiciness, finesse, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a slight acidulous frame, minerality as well as a good guideline. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy boysenberry, juicy cassis and small notes of juicy raspberry combined with small touches of juicy strawberry, juicy blueberry as well as slight hints of mocha, black olive, racy minerality, caramelization / sweet spices and a very discreet / imperceptible hint of pepper (in the background). Tannins are elegant, fine and supple. Good length. A fine and elegant wine that offers delicacy as well as juiciness. There are an imperceptible hint of ripe almond and tonka bean / cardamom on persistence.
