Cédric Vincent – L’Harmonie 2016 – Moulin-à-Vent

The nose is aromatic, slightly powerful and offers a slight gourmandise as well as a slight intensity. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed strawberry and touches of blueberry associated with subtle hints of fresh almonds as well as very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame, a slight acidity as well as harmony. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, crushed strawberry and slight notes of blueberry combined with hints of berries, granite / terroir as well as subtle / discreet hints of toasted oak, a subtle hint of flowers, very discreet hints of fresh almond and vanilla. Tannins are well-built, very slightly firm and a bit young. Promising!
