The nose is fresh, mineral, slightly concentrated and offers a very slight unctuosity. It reveals notes of quince, yellow plum and slight toasted notes, butter and white fruits associated with an imperceptible hint of fresh citrus (in the background) and white pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral (racy minerality), well-balanced and offers suavity, juiciness, dynamism, a slight deepness as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crunchy/fresh apple, fresh flat peach, juicy grape and juicy small yellow stone fruits associated with discreet touches of juicy citrus (in the background) as well as toasted touches and butter. Good length and persistence.
