The nose is fruity and offers concentration. It reveals notes of Quetsche plum jam, creme de cassis and fine notes of red fruit combined with hints of chocolate as well as slight notes of coffee and violet (in the background). The palate is fruity, concentrated, relatively rich, relatively gourmand, a bit aerial and offers a good structure and an acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, blackberry, plum and touches of blackberry cream associated with fine notes of cherry, small notes of crushed strawberry as well as fine touches of chocolate / cocoa, zan, discreet notes of cardamom, sweet spices and a hint of Bourbon vanilla. Good length and persistence.
