It reveals notes of fleshy blueberry and crème de cassis combined with slight touches of fresh wild strawberry (in the background), subtle hints of liquorice as well as a discreet hint of cardamom and wood. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers juiciness, precision, a slight suavity as well as a certain straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / fresh blueberry, crème de cassis and raspberry associated with slight touches of cherry as well as subtle hints of liquorice and wood. Tannins are well-built. Good length. There is a touch of chocolate on the finish. There is a hint of caramelization on the persistence (brings gourmandise).
