This crémant is shiny and clear with pretty bubbles. It is straw yellow in color. The nose is aromatic, intense and fruity with notes of apple and nectar. Little by little we also perceive touches of hazelnut and fresh grass. The palate is fresh with a light effervescence. We find notes of crunchy green apple as well as almond. There is a slight bitterness in the mid-palate which accompanies touches of citrus zest. It’s refreshing with a fruity finish.
