The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral, (very) slightly firm and offers juiciness, a fine acidulous frame as well as roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of brugnon, apple and small notes of quince associated with small touches of mirabelle plum and an imperceptible hint of zest.
