The nose is fruity and woody. It reveals notes fruit, papaya and flowers associated with touches of apples (in the background), a touch of cumin as well as woody notes. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, round and offers a small creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of zest, apple and touches of fresh pineapple combined with a few slight notes of quince, cocoa, vanilla, wood and slight notes of caramel. Good length and fruity persistence.
