The wine shows a pale ruby colour. The nose is slightly balsamic, herbal, medicinal, with notes of liqourice, a touch of anise and lavender. The palate is juicy and refreshing with an elevated acidity, nice linearity and polished tannins. The wine reveals notes of dried red and black cherries, sweet strawberries, a touch of rose petals and rose hip. The finish lingers with a nice floral note.
