The nose is fruity, racy and offers a small intensity, a fine grain as well as power. It reveals notes of Boysenberry, wild cassis and small notes of violet associated with touches of gray pepper, hints of local grove / rosemary as well as a very discreet hint of black olive (in the background) and licorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, tense and offers a juicy / fresh frame, minerality, a small richness as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / crushed cassis, fleshy Boysenberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of black olive, chocolate, fine caramelization / vanilla pod hints as well as a subtle hint of tea and rosemary (in the background). Tannins are fine and offer a fine straightness. Good length. The persistence is delicious, powerful and offers a very discreet hint of cocoa.
