The nose reveals notes of blackberry, fleshy wild cassis and small notes of fleshy wild raspberry associated with fine touches of cherry, liquorice, chocolate associated with very discreet hints zan, caramelization and an imperceptible hint of violet, thyme, camphor and coffee. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral / juicy frame, good definition, fine freshness, juiciness and a certain dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy / juicy cassis and small notes of fleshy / juicy black cherry associated with fine touches of violet, toasted, vanilla, discreet hints of cocoa, nutmeg and ‘with an imperceptible hint of thyme and pepper. Presence of fine chocolate / vanilla hints on the persistence.
