(organic) The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose offers juiciness, gourmandise and pure fruit. It expresses notes of ripe raspberry, wild strawberry, red cherry, morello cherry, crushed blackcurrant and blueberry, combined with notes of roasted red cherry, roasted bouquet garni, mint, as well as subtle notes of rose and violet. The palate is juicy, fruity and warming. It expresses notes of roasted red cherry, macerated red cherry, morello cherry, crushed wild strawberry, raspberry coulis, redcurrant jelly, as well as notes of dried mint, roasted bouquet garni, rose, peony and a slight note of prunes. The finish expresses grippy, even dry tannins and a slight bitterness, balanced by a salivating acidity. A firm wine, with character.
