Castello di Verduno – Rabaja-Bàs 2016 – Barbaresco

The nose is fruity and offers elegance, a fin grain and a small freshness. It reveals notes of ripe cherry, ripe strawberry, small notes of Boysen berry associated with fine touches of cuben pepper, tea and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy frame as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of acidulous red berries, crunchy cherry and small notes of crunchy blackberry associated with fine touches of fresh flowers as well as a subtle hint of sense of the place and liquorice. Good persistence.
