The nose offers power as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of wild red berries associated with very fine spices, Sichuan pepper and a discreet hint of liquorice / black olive (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh, mineral, well-well-balanced and offers a good definition, dynamism as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy / juicy red cherry, crunchy / juicy red berries and small notes of violet associated with a touch of juicy / crunchy cassis as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices. Good length.
