It reveals notes of blackberry, strawberry and small notes of violet associated with a touch of black cherry, black olive, vanilla as well as a very discreet hint of gray pepper (in the background) and an imperceptible hint balsamic. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy / mineral frame, freshness, precision, a small linear side as well as juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, fresh raspberry and small notes of violet associated with fine touches of cassis, hints of black olive as well as fine hints of nutmeg, vanilla, caramelization and with an imperceptible hint of balsamic. Tannins are very finely marked and very discreetly sticky.
