It reveals notes of candied peach, dried orange, citron and small notes of dried lime associated with touches of fresh blond tobacco, rancio, pear in syrup as well as a hint of butter apple, Zante currants, pepper, a discreet hint of flowers / violet, an imperceptible hint of pâtisseries and cardamom. The palate is fruity, suave, well balanced, gourmande, elegant, precise, an aerial dimension and offers delicacy, richness, dynamism, a fine tension, a fine straightness, a very fine freshness (in the background), fat, a fine grain, a small stretched side as well as a fine mineral frame. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of candied mandarin, crystallized lemon and small notes of citron, caramel apple associated with small touches of quenette, pear in syrup, a hint of dry yellow grapes, hints of caramelization / cream burnt, toasted cocoa as well as a very discreet hint of pepper, dried flowers, roasted almond (in the background), sweet blond tobacco and an imperceptible hint of Bourbon vanilla bean. Good length and persistence. A small tannic hint on the finish. The finish is aerial and powerful.
