The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of black cherry / cherry and blueberry associated with slight notes of blackberry cream, licorice, a discreet hint of Cuben pepper and fine hints of tobacco and toasted hints. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, juicy and offers a fine acid frame as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of sour cherry, ripe blueberry and slight hints of ripe blackberry combined with slight hints of licorice, toasted oak as well as discreet hints of spices and a discreet hint of black olive. Tannins are slightly dry. Good length. Fine bitterness on the aftertaste.
