The nose is fruity and offers a certain generosity, a fine power as well as a small gourmandize. It reveals notes of crushed Bigarreau cherry, blackberry and small notes of crushed blueberry associated with small touches of strawberry, hints of cherry blossoms, violet, zan as well as a very discreet hint of olive tree. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, tension, a fine straightness, a certain generosity, suavity, a small gourmandize as well as a fine freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed redcurrants, fleshy / crushed cherry and small notes of violet, cherry blossoms associated with small touches of juicy / fresh blueberry, small hints of racy minerality as well as a discreet hint of liquorice and a subtle hint of black olive. Good length. A discreet hint of chocolate on the persistence.
