The nose is fruity and offers a small intensity as well as a beautiful fruit. It reveals notes of lemon, quenette, small notes of lychee associated with small touches of apple and very fine hints of apple flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, sapidity, a beautiful fat as well as gourmandize and elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, pulpy Mirabelle, small notes of crushed pear associated with touches of quenette as well as discreet hints of sweet spices, butter and nutmeg. Good length. A very discreet almost toasted hint and an imperceptible saline hint on the finish/persistence. A beautiful work on the matter/texture.
