The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is discreet and delicate. It expresses floral notes of acacia, honeysuckle, apple blossom, as well as fruity aromas of peach in syrup, fresh grapes and green pear. On the palate, we find the flavors of juicy and sweet stone fruits (yellow peach, yellow plum, mirabelle plum) and balance thanks to a good level of acidity. The wine is soft and sweet without being heavy and airy thanks to an enveloping foam. End of the mouth with a medium length, with the sweetness of mirabelle plum and apricot confit.
