The nose is aromatic, fruity, well-built and offers a small richness as well as a good finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild raspberry and small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of black plum as well as hints of lilac, gray pepper, toasted/cardamom and a very discreet hint of zan/tea. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, suavity, gourmandize, a mineral frame as well as a good structure very finely tight. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, black cherry and small notes of wild strawberry associated with fine touches of black plum as well as fine hints of toasted/caramelized, chocolate and discreet hints of toasted almond.
