The nose is fruity, gourmand, rich, well defined and offers elegance as well as a slight incisive side. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of raspberry, cassis, toasted notes, vanilla associated with small notes of flowers, olive / olive tree, a discreet note of laurel berries as well as discreet hints of blond / sweet tobacco, caramelization, roasted almond and cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, aerial, suave, silky and offers a beautiful juiciness, a beautiful finesse, a good definition, freshness, a good guideline as well as a slight acid frame (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed / fresh raspberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of cassis associated with touches of red berries, flowers, olive, toasted touches, liquorice stick / colas as well as subtle hint of black tea and vanilla. Tannins are fine and structuring. Good length and good aromatic persistence.
