The nose is fruity and offers a freshness and a small elegance. It reveals notes of blackberry and cassis associated with slight notes of red fruits (redcurrant, crushed raspberry) as well as fine hints of black pepper, spices and toasted wood. The palate is fruity, mineral, suave, fat, well-balanced, nicely round and offers a fine freshness and a fine acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackcurrant jam, blackberry and slight notes of redcurrants combined with a discreet hint of blueberry as well as slight notes of toasted wood and sweet spices. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
