The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a nice definition. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry and ripe wild berries associated with a touch of roasted raspberry, fine hints of zan, sweet spices as well as a hint of almost sense of place and black olive. The palate is nicely built, fresh and offers juiciness, precision, accuracy, a tangy frame, good definition, deliciousness as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright cassis and small notes of roasted-juicy berries associated with touches of almost aromatic herbs, toast as well as a hint of black olive and chocolate. The tannins are soft and delicious. Good length.
