The nose is fruity and offers a fine delicacy. It reveals notes of cherry, raspberry and ripe cassis associated with very fine hints of Boysenberries as well as discrete hints of pepper and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, suavity, minerality as well as a fine delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy red cherry, fleshy / juicy raspberry and small notes of fleshy / juicy redcurrants associated with a touch of cassis as well as discreet hints of sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of olive tree. Good length.
