The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral / slightly acidulous frame, gourmandize, a fine fat, tension as well as a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy cassis, fleshy / juicy black cherry and small notes of violet associated with fine touches of raspberry, a discreet hint of iris as well as very discreet hints of chocolate / cocoa, graphite, camphor and a hint of bitterness (in the background). Good length.
