The nose is fruity, elegant and offers power, a fine intensity, a fine grain as well as elegance. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and small notes of wild strawberry associated with fine touches of liquorice, gray pepper, spices and very slight toasted hints. The palate is fruity, mineral and offers suavity, a mineral/slightly acidulous frame as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy blackberry and small notes of juicy/fresh raspberry associated with fine touches of cornflower/flowers, hints of fresh/juicy small fruits as well as very slight toasted hints, tonka bean and spices. Tannins are well-built and structuring.
