The nose is elegant, racy, fruity and offers minerality as well as a small freshness. It reveals notes of ripe wild red berries, wild blackberry and small notes of black cherry associated with fine touches of violet, gray pepper as well as fine hints of toasted. The palate is fruity, juicy, suave and offers a beautiful mineral frame, freshness, tension, a beautiful elegance, a beautiful definition, dynamism, a good dimension as well as structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy black cherry, fleshy Quetsche plum and small notes of blackberry associated with fine touches of fleshy/juicy red fruits as well as hints of chocolate, cornflower/lilac as well as discreet hints of graphite and toasted. Tannins are elegant.
