The nose is fruity, fresh and offers some little crisp and racy minerality. There are notes of fresh lychee, fresh lemon and, more slightly, gunflint, combined with hints of fresh/crisp apple, as well as fine hints of apple blossom and a discreet hint of almost fresh passion fruit and an imperceptible hint of fresh pepper in the background (very discreet). The palate is fruity, fresh, crisp, with a nice mineral structure, roundness and a fine fat. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh/pulpy apple, white peach and, more slightly, racy minerality/gunflint, combined with a touch of salt, quince and a discreet hint of passion fruit and a subtle touch of sweet lime in the background. Tart and persistent finish. Good length.
