It reveals notes of zest, quince and small notes of mesocarp associated with touches of tangerine as well as a hint of small yellow fruits, jasmine and an imperceptible hint of fresh sap. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, roundness, a certain gourmandize, delicacy as well as a slight concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, dried lemon and small notes of zest associated with touches of physalis as well as a hint of jasmine/ white flowers. A subtle sappy/pine needle hints in the background.
