Cantina Dazio Pecorino Spumante Brut Jemesù

Cantina Dazio Pecorino Spumante Brut Jemesù

The nose is fresh, fruity, offers a certain creaminess, a fine freshness, very discreetly tight. There are notes of creamy apple, crisp nectarine/crisp flat peach combined with fine hints of zesty blossom and discreet almost ripe grapefruit in the background. The palate is fruity, energetic, acidic, fresh, with a little tension, precision and a fine crunch. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, juicy/pulpy yellow peach and more lightly fresh lychee combined with fine hints of sweet grapefruit, quince as well as discreet hints of exotic berries and honeysuckle, acidity and energy, deliciousness, roundness and good definition. Good length.
