The nose is fruity and offers a small intensity as well as a fine concentration/minerality/richness. It reveals notes of black cherry, blackberry and small notes of plum associated with fine touches of zan, smoke, gray pepper as well as very fine hints of fresh nutmeg, spices and garrigue. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality as well as a juicy/very finely acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, juicy/acidulous plum and small notes of blackberry associated with fine touches of juicy small wild black berries, juicy blueberry, fine hints of liquorice, cardamom as well as a very discreet hint of garrigue/black olive and a subtle almost iodine hint. Tannins are structuring. There is an imperceptible hint of tonka bean on the persistance.
