The nose is powerful and racy. It reveals notes of plum cream, ripe cherry and Provence herbs associated with a touch of thyme and tobacco. The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral, suave and dense. In the mouth it expresses notes of dried cherry, sour cherry and slight notes of blackberry associated with a touch of prunes, chocolate and a very slight toasted note on the finish.
