Campredon par Alain Chabanon 2018 – Languedoc

Campredon par Alain Chabanon 2018 – Languedoc

The nose is fruity, precise and offers a fine intensity as well as a fine straightness. It reveals notes of small wild berries, blackberry, small notes of small crunchy red fruits associated with discreet hints of crunchy cherry, cherry blossom, fresh violet as well as discreet hints of spices and sense of the place (local biotope). The palate is fruity, juicy and offers freshness, gourmandize, a finely creamy touch, fat as well as suavity, dynamism and a certain purity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of small creamy red berries, juicy cassis, small notes of creamy/juicy cherry associated with touches of small red berries, lily, rose as well as very fine hints of zan, spices and an imperceptible hint of cardamom (in the background). Good length. Tannins are well-built and elegant. A beautiful suavity and appetence on the finish/persistence.
